30-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Before returning an item, email service@brevaluno.com for approval, return instructions, and the correct return address.

Purchasing and Receiving Your Order

  • Purchasing: Choose your products, add them to your cart, and complete checkout using an available payment method. We will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Receiving: Orders are sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed when available. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and tracking details.

Return Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened, with its original seal intact

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with its original packaging and any included accessories

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare and personal-care products, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Products altered or damaged after delivery

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as final sale before purchase

  • Products missing required packaging or included accessories

These limits do not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Email service@brevaluno.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • The product you want to return

  • The reason for your request

  • Photos or videos, if relevant

Our customer-support team will review your request and send the next steps.

Return Address

Do not send a return to our registered business address.

After approving your request, our team will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. Returns sent without approval or to an address we did not provide may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please check your order after delivery. If a product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Keep the product and original packaging until we provide further instructions. After reviewing the request, we will arrange an appropriate solution. You will not be charged return shipping for an issue confirmed to be our responsibility.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items: We will arrange an appropriate resolution without charging you the related return shipping cost.

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Refunds

After an approved return arrives and is inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability. In some cases, you may need to return the eligible item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We do not charge a cancellation fee, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing, packing, or shipment preparation has started. If your order has shipped, please follow the return procedure above.
